PVC plastisols HAMA 02xx

PVC Plastisol HAMA 02xx is a dispersion of paste-forming PVC polymer in softeners with the addition of additives, which facilitate their processing.

PVC Plastisols HAMA 02xx represent a series of products intended for impregnation of textiles and coating of woven and non-woven textiles.
PVC Plastisols Hama 02xx are intended also for dipping technology.
The paste is in the impregnation tank during the impregnation process, where it applied to textiles using thrust rolls and then gelled by thermal action. When applying, the paste is spread over the textile substrate using a spreading blade and then gelled by thermal action. A uniform coat is formed by dipping on the surface of the mould or product.
Products made from PVC Plastisols HAMA 02xx are not intended for use in contact with drinking water and foodstuffs. The material complies with the requirements for environmental protection and work safety.
