Description
Plastisol Hama 03xx is a dispersion of a paste-forming PVC polymer in softeners with the addition of fillers, pigments, and lubricants which facilitates their processing.
PVC Plastisols HAMA 03xx are designed for the technology of rotary casting.
When casting, PVC plastisols is poured in molds; the plastisol is uniformly applied to the mold walls by the rotation of the molds in the gelatinizing dryer and it is gelatinized by the heat. After cooling down, the products are taken out of molds and finalized. The rotary casting technology can be used for the manufacture of various shapes and sizes for many technical and decorative purposes.
