Description
Protection with plastic is typically applied on various parts of storing and transportation pallets, hand tools, utensils, holders, consoles, carriers, covers, stands, hooks, etc.
Plastic coating on the product or mold surface is created by dipping. The dipping principle is based on dipping the object or the mold, typically metal and of the required shape, in PVC plastisol. This is followed by a slow removal of the form from the basin and thermal processing of the created layer by gelatinizing.
For fluid applications, plastics in the form of a powder on a base of PVC or mixed thermal plastics with an excellent resistance against weather conditions and good adhesion to metals are used. According to the specific needs of the customers, we design and provide solutions – mold design, methods of plastic coating, sampling, production, and the supplies of the individual product types. In case of a small series, we are able to create the surface finish while one waits.
