We cherish the trust of our customers, and therefore we maximally protect the data you provide to us when purchasing.
Your data is collected solely to improve the quality of our services. We use any and all data about your person solely for our own needs, and do not provide it in any form to any other party.
D PLAST a.s., Lužkovice 206, 763 11 Zlín, as the administrator and processing party of the personal data, handles the data pursuant to the Act on Personal Data Protection no 101/2000 Coll.
The information on our customers is stored in compliance with the valid laws of the Czech Republic, especially with the Act on Personal Data Protection no. 101/2000 Coll. as amended by later amendments and regulations. D PLAST a.s., Lužkovice 206, 763 11 Zlín, uses any and all data acquired from customers solely for the internal purposes of the company and does not provide it to a third party. The exception are the external carriers to whom the personal data of customers is handed over to the minimal extent necessary for dependable delivery of goods. Without the explicit consent of the customers, D PLAST, Lužkovice 206, 763 11 Zlín, handles their personal data only and purely to the extent allowed by the act on personal data protection, mainly by its section 5 par. 2 letter b) and in Section 5 par. 6.
The personal data of customers is fully protected against misuse. D PLAST a.s. is, in the wording of Section 5 par. 5 of the act on personal data protection, entitled to use the first and last name of a customer and his/her address in order to offer business and services to the data subject as the administrator of his/her personal data acquired within the context of its activities. This personal data can, upon a written request from the customer, be deleted from the database. The administrator of the data must then no longer process the listed data.
Providing data to third parties
Your data you provide at our facilities are confidential and in no case will be provided to other subjects besides D PLAST a.s. except our partners ensuring payments such as banks and credit institutions. However, always only within one specific payment when using these services and exclusively within the margins of the act on personal data protection.
D PLAST a.s. provides summarized statistical information on customers, sales, and some other data to trustworthy third parties and public. However, these statistics never contain any information which would allow the identification of the individual customers.
